Using our website You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and not to misuse it, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or interfere with its operation. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for all activity under your account.

Products and information Peteets products are pet food intended for dogs. Please read the pack for ingredients, feeding guidelines and storage instructions before use. Our products are not a substitute for veterinary advice. If your pet has allergies, a medical condition or a special diet, please consult your veterinarian before changing their food. We try to keep product images, descriptions and prices accurate, but packaging may vary slightly and errors can occur. We may correct errors and update information at any time.

Prices and payment All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout. Payment is collected securely at checkout through our payment partners, and an order is confirmed only once payment is successful.

Orders We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, there is a pricing error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel a paid order, you will receive a full refund.

Shipping and delivery We deliver to serviceable pin codes in India. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and may vary due to location, courier delays or events outside our control. Please check your order when it arrives and report any problem as described in our Refund Policy.

Cancellations, returns and refunds Cancellations, returns and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Intellectual property The Peteets name, logo, designs, images and text on this website belong to Peteets or our licensors. You may not copy or use them without our written permission.

Limitation of liability To the extent permitted by law, Peteets is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the website or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under Indian law.

Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Coimbatore.

Changes to these terms We may update these terms from time to time. Changes apply to orders placed after the updated terms are posted on this page.
