This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how and when Peteets delivers your order.

Where we deliver We deliver to serviceable pin codes across India. Enter your pin code at checkout to confirm delivery to your area.

Shipping charges Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.

Order processing time Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Delivery time Once dispatched, orders are usually delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Remote areas may take longer. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather or events outside our control.

Tracking Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking link so you can follow your delivery.

Failed or delayed delivery If a delivery attempt fails because of an incorrect address or because nobody is available, the courier will try again or return the parcel to us, and re-shipping charges may apply. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated time, contact us and we will track it down with the courier.

Damaged or missing items If your order arrives damaged or something is missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. See our Refund Policy for what we will do to make it right.
